The easiest and cheapest way to get a ticket it to use the mobile ticket shop. See instructions here:
Open the camera on your mobile phone and scan the QR code. Or buy a ticket at www.letbanebillet.dk.
Enter your e-mail or phone number and choose the number of tickets you require. Press “Buy ticket” and pay with Visa/Dankort or by credit card. Or choose to pay with MobilePay.
It’s as simple as that. You have bought a ticket! A text message or e-mail containing a link to your ticket will be sent to you.
Board the tram or the bus.
The ticket is valid for 1 hour and 15 minutes from the time of purchase (see the time remaining on the ticket). The ticket is only valid on the phone on which it is bought.

If you are travelling outside of the municipality of Odense, tickets for regional buses can also be purchased via the FynBus app and webshop.
The tourist ticket allows you to travel by tram or bus as much as you want around Funen and Langeland for an entire day. However, this only applies during specific holiday periods. DKK 50 for an adult or child.
You can also buy a 4-person ticket for DKK 150 kroner, regardless of age.
The tourist ticket is only valid on the day of purchase, excluding night busses.

Try accessing "Settings" on your phone. Select "Camera" and check if the "Scan QR codes" button is enabled. If not, tap to enable it. If it still doesn't work, you can also download an actual QR reader from the App Store or Google Play Store.
You have been sent a link to your ticket either by text message or email. Click on the link and a browser window will open, displaying your ticket.
If you haven't received a link to your ticket by text message or email, this may be because you have entered the wrong phone number or email address. The ticket inspector can look up your ticket using your phone number or email address. You can also show him or her your purchase in Mobile Pay.
You have the option of using a credit card to buy a ticket. Simply click "Other payment options" at the bottom of the screen.
If you have a Samsung mobile phone, and if you use the built-in browser from Samsung, and if Dark-mode is activated, the colours of the ticket will not be shown correctly. This is due to a setting in the browser, which we cannot change.
Unfortunately, you can't use Apple or Google Pay yet, but we're working on a solution which will also allow you to pay with your mobile phone.

Yes, the ticket can be used for FynBus in Odense Municipality. The ticket cannot be used for DSB or Arriva.
Yes, as long as those that you buy a ticket for, are travelling together with you. Just choose the number of tickets needed in the payment window and pay for all travellers at once.
No, you don't need to check out with this ticket. It's only when you're using the "Rejsekort" travel pass that you have to check out or check in again when you change your means of transport.
Your dog is welcome to travel with you on the Tramway, and it's free if it's a small dog that is carried in a bag for the entire journey. If the dog is too big to be carried in a bag, you'll need to buy an "Under 26" ticket for it or check it in on a child's ticket with the "Rejsekort" travel card. The dog must also be kept on a lead at all times - both at the station and on the tram.
This ticket shop is a service that makes it easy to buy a single ticket for Odense Tramway and FynBus buses. There are other ticket services both in the FynBus app and online shop as well as via the Rejsekort travel pass, which may in some cases be cheaper or a better option for you.
